Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective October 3, 2026 Version 2026-10-03.2

1. Requesting a refund

This policy governs purchases administered by Uptify. Open Purchases, select the order and request a refund with the reason and supporting details. Do not send customer records or credentials. We determine eligibility under the rules below and may ask for evidence. Approved refunds return through the original payment route where available. Processor timing may vary. Statutory rights and a remedy we expressly agree to are not reduced by this policy.

2. Source code and downloads

Fully refundable before your first download. After download, request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if the item is not as described, does not work according to its documented instructions, has a security problem, or the seller fails to provide included support for 5 business days. Uptify reviews the request and decides whether to refund.

3. Templates and workflows

Fully refundable before your first download. After download, request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if the item is not as described, does not work according to its documented instructions, has a security problem, or the seller fails to provide included support for 5 business days. Uptify reviews the request and decides whether to refund.

The support eligibility clock counts UTC weekdays after purchase, excluding the purchase day and weekends; the current calculation does not exclude public holidays. Provide evidence of the included support you requested and did not receive.

4. Subscriptions

Cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current period. There are no prorated refunds. The first subscription period is refundable if the tool is broken or not as described.

Cancellation is per covered dealer. Schedule it in Purchases before the current period ends; access continues through that period. Cancel every covered dealer to end all coverage. Canceling one does not cancel the others.

5. Services and escrow

Your payment is held in escrow until you accept delivery. Services are automatically accepted after 7 days. Open a dispute before acceptance to request a refund. Uptify reviews service disputes and decides whether to refund the escrow payment.

The current service acceptance clock starts at purchase because the order does not record a separate delivery timestamp. The 7-day deadline therefore runs from purchase, even if delivery is later. Open a service dispute before that deadline if delivery is incomplete or unacceptable. Escrow here describes a contractual payment hold administered through the Platform; it is not a separate trust account or regulated escrow service. Release remains subject to the Builder's payout hold and any active dispute.

6. Free pilots

Pilots are free and time-limited. They do not convert to paid or renew automatically. A paid conversion requires a separate accepted purchase; this policy then applies to that order.

7. Review, reversals and license effects

Post-download and service-dispute refunds require Uptify's review and decision. We compare the listing, documented setup steps, delivery and support record with the reported problem. Eligible pre-download and qualifying first-period subscription requests follow the eligibility rules without the post-download review requirement. Our decision administers the payment and does not prevent nonwaivable legal remedies.

Builders fund refunds and chargebacks through deductions from their balances, as described in the Builder Agreement. A full refund ends the corresponding paid license unless we expressly agree otherwise. Stop using refunded copies. Do not obtain a second recovery for the same charge. Enforcement removals may require separate access restrictions or legally required remedies; they do not create an automatic refund beyond this policy.
