- Keep conversations and payments on Uptify. Sharing contact details or moving a deal off-platform can lock your account and hold payouts.
- Paid orders carry the fee and payout hold. Refunds and chargebacks come out of your balance. Provide the support your listing promises.
- Listings and material updates need review. Uptify may require changes or remove listings that break marketplace rules.
